• All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability
• Orders are considered confirmed only after payment receipt

• Price quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

• All sales of custom logo products are final
• Artwork must be provided in specified formats
• Color matching is subject to material limitations
• Production begins only after artwork approval
• Sample approval may be required for large orders

• Full payment required before production starts
• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfers
• Net-30 terms available for qualified business accounts
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
• International orders may require additional fees

• Clients must own or have rights to use submitted artwork
• We retain rights to production methods and techniques
• Product photos may be used in our portfolio
• Confidentiality agreements available upon request

• Standard production time: 2 weeks after approval
• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
• Force majeure conditions may affect timelines
• Rush orders subject to additional fees
• Shipping method selection at our discretion

• Products warranted against manufacturing defects
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Liability limited to order value
• No liability for consequential damages
• Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects
